ComicPress Manager 0.5.1
ComicPress Manager 0.5.1 is released. This is a PHP 4 compatibility release. If you were having issues activating the plugin due to syntax errors such as:
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_OLD_FUNCTION or T_FUNCTION or T_VAR or ‘}’ in [...document root...]/wp-content/plugins/comicpress_manager.php on line 29

Hey.. mine seems to rename the comicpress-config.php every time i try to edit something and in so doing is unable to find comicpress-config afterwards. i’ve looked around here for a solution but haven’t been able to find one.. help?

toph, I just pushed out an upgrade to ComicPress Manager that should alert you to the problem. It occurs because the permissions on the theme directory are not set so that the Webserver process can write there. Most likely the theme directory needs to be made group writable via the chmod command (chmod 664 theme-directory). Look through the documentation for your FTP client or Web host to learn how to do this.
